We start with danish pastry that has been soaked with egg custard and then we add a thick layer of cinnamon and apples before baking to a moist taste experience. We enclose an 8 oz. jar of Cognac Hard Sauce and instructions for heating and finishing the bread pudding with the hard sauce.
